Mr. Ganeshkumar S

A seasoned banker, with 35 years of experience, Mr. Ganeshkumar is the captain of the Tecnostac ship. He has hands-on experience in Operations, Process Engineering and Strategic policies, and has worked in various positions in both India and abroad.

Mr. Ganeshkumar has worked in different parts of Africa for over 10 years, and was the CEO and Country Head of a major African Bank, before becoming a part of Tecnostac. He has also been a powerful force at many businesses, helping them turnaround into successful ventures.

His expertise lies in capturing untapped opportunities for growth with his ability to build creative strategies. A tactical business head, Mr. Ganeshkumar is skilled at enhancing business volumes, as well as achieving revenue and top-line profitability.

Mr. Prasad B K

Director, Technology

A Technical Architect and core banking solution expert, Mr. Prasad has 35 years of experience in the fintech industry. He is the CTO at Tecnostac. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of a highly successful core banking product company, Naive Plus Software Solutions Private Limited (ISO 9001:2015 certified), the origin of Co-Bank+.

Naive Plus has been consistently ranked as one of the top 50 banking software solution providers in India. The company was also awarded by CIOReviewIndia (now CIOTechOutlook), as one of the 10 Most Promising Banking Technology Solution Providers 2021. Naive Plus was recognised for its unbridled stride towards excellence and innovation in this field.

Mr. Jayalal Soman

With 30 years of experience as a core banking techno functional expert, Mr. Jayalal has worked across multiple geographies and in various roles in major IT companies and international banks. He was a part of the development team for a leading financial software services provider that creates powerhouse technology products to drive progression and continuous innovation.

Mr. Jayalal has successfully implemented several transformational programs for organisations in India and overseas, and brings this dynamic quality to the table at Tecnostac.

Mr. Jimmy Sebastian

Director-Business Development

A techno functional and solutioning expert, Mr. Jimmy has 25 years of experience, a majority of which was spent handling key assignments at many banks in the African continent. A structured strategist, he has extensive experience of information and communications technology in the banking sector.

Before taking over his responsibilities at Tecnostac, Mr. Jimmy was heading business development in Africa, for a Bangalore-based fintech product company. A team builder and a results-oriented leader, he believes in the power of “We” or “I”, and enjoys working in fluid environments, but with unflinching pragmatism and focus.

Mr. Josie is a Technical Architect and core banking solution expert, with 35 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Tecnostac, he was the founder and CEO of a highly successful core banking product company in India.

Mr. Rajesh Jayapal

SVP, Delivery

An engineer by profession, Mr. Rajesh has worked with reputed IT companies, and moved to complex design and development solutions through the years. In over 25 years, he has played a significant role in implementation and multifaceted transformation of critical clients across Europe, Africa and East Asia.

Prior to joining Tecnostac, Mr. Rajesh held a similar position at a major IT Service organisation and was independently managing the global responsibilities of running the business vertical.

He brings onboard his well-rounded understanding of financial technology and his exceptional management skills.
