He has deep passion for Indian classical music, a voracious reader and an extremely social animal who can instantly connect with any one with ease, be it a CEO or a street vendor. A seasoned banker of 35 years' experience, who worked up through his career starting in Indian bank, later moved on to leadership roles in foreign banks, reached up to the position of CEO and Country head of an African Bank. A well-organized natural Executive leader, a well-mannered professional and a reliable taskmaster, who can navigate difficult business situations with ease. His expertise being part of management boards and governance committees of various Banks will immensely help Tecnostac framing similar policies and facing compliance challenges, while expanding globally. He is now the Chairman and Managing Director, who is focusing on stakeholder management, governance, compliance and financial oversight.

A soft-natured person, Jayalal is an avid wildlife enthusiast, a passionate hiker who is also fond of driving expeditions. He has a deep passion for finance and accounting, process frameworks, project delivery and human resource management. He is a Co-founder and CEO of Tecnostac, who is armed with nearly 28 years of progressive experience in Core banking application development, implementation, project delivery management and operational process initiatives. His extensive work exposures in Top tier IT Companies, Tier1 & other Banks across Europe, Africa and Middle East are instrumental in developing the product road map, business development strategies and process frameworks in Tecnostac. He is shaping the DNA of Tecnostac to become the best employer for all Tecnostacers, who will be identified by their professionalism, ownership, passion and commitment to deliver and satisfy end customer needs.

A benevolent person, carries a big heart matching the size of his XXXL outfit, who is passionate about technology and pet dogs only. His personality is mostly amiable and occasionally short tempered but always quoted for the latter. He is a Co-founder and promoter of Tecnostac, who carries with him nearly 35 years of undiluted solutioning experience in IT Core banking domain. He has engineered and developed our flagship product Co-Bank+ while promoting our parent organization Naiveplus Solutions Pvt Ltd. He continues to contribute his deep technology insights, pragmatic solutioning skills, immense passion for emerging technologies and irresistible energy levels that entices our Product and Engineering teams; the leaders and the young ones alike.
Mr. Jimmy Sebastian

A high-octane person, passionate about connecting with people, a reliable friend who is timelessly available in need, sports enthusiast and an astute leader. His academic and early career choice was in Technology, mostly in Banking IT space, moving up to the CTO role in a major African Bank. Subsequently moved into business development in Fintech companies, which came natural to him, a runaway success in his first attempt itself. He successfully built the business development function in Tecnostac, adding significant clientale across East African countries, nurtured fruitful partnership engagements. Being a technocrat at heart he makes significant contributions to product development, implementations and building sustainable client solutions. His occasional dash ins into the product engineering group will fire up the team environment, which will invariably result in resolutions to some critical outstanding challenges.
